Just run into a player in woods shot him once in chest he had lvl 3 ammo. A clear shot in chest and I was like ok. Then I fire another 2 rounds one of them misses and second clearly hits then he tries to flank me the next second and I shoot him in his chest again and he is still alive. Was it nerfed?
