I was matching for Customs on San Paulo (São Paulo - Brazil) server because of the low ping (38ms), but I couldn't find any matches in 15 minutes of matchmaking.
I think the servers are almost empty in Brazil and to find a match in 2 minutes I need to play on high ping in Miami or Washington DC servers (currently 130ms to 150ms for me).

I suppose that not many people in Brazil bought the game due to the pricing currently in US Dollar. Maybe a reasonable princing in brazillian real could change this... dunno, just my thoughts
