(2021) Upgraded to EOD. Haven't received Items. Support giving me the run around.

Anyone else having issues with receiving the EOD package? I have the gold crown + name and that's it. No Gamma or upgraded stash and haven't received an in game message. I put in a support ticket with BSG over a week ago and they said they passed the information on to their developers. I asked for a possible timeframe to expect this to be fixed. Their response was "We have no information yet on when this problem will be fixed."

I understand they're swamped with support tickets, but when I paid $100+ for the upgrade I expect the product I bought or some sort of customer service...

I guess reddit is customer support.

Support is provided only in the support service on the site when contacting through the site/launcher or by email when contacting the support email

I appreciate the response. But is there a time frame for "soon"? Soon as in a couple hours or days?

At the moment - already fixed.

This usually takes a few days from the date the request is processed.
