Last time I had to make a support ticket I got a response 2 weeks later ONLY because I bitched about it on reddit, and here I am again 1 week without a response
The game isn't anywhere near as popular and hyped as it used to be, there's absolutely no justification for this piss poor level of customer support
Hello. Most likely, last time you also applied during a period of increased workload.
At the moment, the response time to English requests is really about a week (in the "payments" category - about 4 days). We are working hard to fix this, but it takes some time.
By the way, I want to note that such situations do not happen more often than 1-2 times a year.
