Can anyone from the BSG team confirm whether the long-awaited VOIP will be present in 0.12?

If not - the patch after it? 0.13?

I am so eagerly waiting for it, as it will change the game with strangers and the overall in raid cooperation. It was supposed to come with 0.11... Hoped to see it in 0.12 at last.

If I recall correctly Nikita said in one of last podcasts that it should be ready, however he did not tell us anything about it in his short summary 2 days ago....
