Hello Preston,actually it's quite simple and all you have to do is:
1. Close EAH
2. grab the Config folder of your old EAH
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Empyrion - Dedicated Server\EmpyrionAdminHelper\Config3. and paste it to the new and correct path
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Empyrion - Dedicated Server\DedicatedServer\EmpyrionAdminHelper\Config
4. Start EAH
