The Game Coordinator is temporarily offline while it finishes processing the update.
The party mmr peak change will only be active for Immortal ranks in the near future, until we can measure if it is sufficient on its own. We also fixed a couple of matchmaking bugs that made queue times too quick.
We are aware of matchmaking queue times taking a very long time and are working on improving it. We may need to slightly relax a few of the new quality settings for the weekend and then we'll continue tightening things on Monday.

While we are still working on Matchmaking, we wanted to share with you some preliminary stats from the most recent update. Players are now seeing average Fast Queue times of 1:20, however 1.31% of Fast Queue players are still taking more than 10 minutes.
For solo players that queue for just Mid in the Fast Queue the average is 2:30, with 2.69% still taking more than 10 minutes. Let us know how the games go this weekend.
