Has anyone else started experiencing problems joining fire team using he App? Keeps telling me “I can’t join a clan fire team without a Destiny Account “. Any help would be great!

This will be fixed when the build that support Cross Save is deployed on the 21st. Or, you can go to your linked account settings and make sure all your accounts are marked as public (check "display on public profile" on each linked account in your bungie.net settings) if you need a work around now.
