So since the new season encourages going to previous planets and getting kills, i figured i'd farm kills while finally obtaining the sleeper nodes for my sleeper. Well something in the new update must have messed up override frequencies because when i hold to combine it uses 4 and doesnt do anything else. Went to orbit and recieved nothing, so i tried again with no change (now down 8). Went to the tower and they aren't at the postmaster. Tried one more time, nothing (now down 12). My consumables aren't full either so this must be a bug cause by the new patch.
