With PSN name changes coming out later today will I be able to change my name without losing progress?

EDIT: PlayStation released a list of games that are affected and are not. Destiny 1 and 2 are not affected

I spoke with the team that tested this and there should be no impact from changing your PSN ID on your Destiny progress.
