@James_E_G Each platform (Steam / PS4 / XBOX) has different processes to update content. For the mid-chapter update, we ran into some issues for the XBOX version and we were unable to release the update at the same time as the two other platforms.

@James_E_G We are always trying to get the content to all our users at the same time. In some cases, due to the nature of update processes, we are left with no choice. This is one of these cases.

@crazee_mexicano @DeadByDaylight_ Recently we changed the ranking system to make it harder to pip as your ranked up. Since it's a little harder to earn Emblems as a Survivor, the thresholds had to be lowered to give both sides an equal chance to rank up.

@kittenishcutie Sometimes it takes time to isolate an issue and determine if how many users it's affecting. Now that we know for a fact it's an issue that affects a high number of players: we communicate. The original reports from the community help us to start the investigation.

@Gershom_Vargas The Nurse and The Huntress were added to the game for free. All original creations are available with playtime (Iridescent Shards) as well as money purchase. Only licensed characters aren't available with playtime.
@quirkle_ Seems like you are one of the lucky players that can currently match up with other players. And yes, long wait time can be a consequence of the many users that are unable to reach matchmaking at the moment, there are less players left to match with you, so you wait longer. 😱😭

An issue is causing some content to be delayed on PS4. Don't worry! The 3.1.0 update will still be releasing tomorrow. Sadly, it will not include the L4D content and the four new languages yet. We are working really hard to get everything to you ASAP, we will keep you informed.

We have made some changes and re-enabled dedicated servers on the PTB. We will continue monitoring the performance and keep you posted.
Note: For the first 4 lobbies created in each region, the players will receive a timeout error and will need to requeue.

We're aware of an issue causing Xbox One players to not receive Auric Cells when tiering up the Rift. We're working on a backend fix to stop the issue from happening in future tier-ups, and the next hotfix will grant cells from passed tiers to players who have encountered this.
