You start at level 0. You will need to complete at least one level to receive a reward <3

Did you buy the Elite track + 15 levels?
I bought the Elite bundle (+15 levels) and nothing unlocked for me either, still is asking me 200 plat per level.
EDIT: So once I relogged, it fixed itself, whew!
