I accidentally bought a dye pack in the store even though I own all of them. Submitted a ticket that probably won't get resolved until next month. Don't make the same mistake I made. I bet they won't even give me my platinum back.
If you accidentally made a duplicate purchase, we will refund your plat on the account. Support will be able to look into your purchase history to verify this <3
Still don't have plume from the quest either.

I already reported it. I also heard they were working on it for one of the patches but that's all I know. Never got a response.
