We got some interesting lore with the journal.

One particular one is the Thrax entry. It starts off by saying that the void runners made complex machines that could move entire islands, but when using it one time, they accidentally allowed a Thrax to get out of its dimension and into ours. Similar to Riftstalker, once one had gotten out, the rest could do the same.

The Thrax then hunted down the void runners and killed them. This lore entry alone seems to dissolve the idea that Thrax was worshiped by the void runners, and was instead a mistake.

It also talks about complex machines, so could the mysterious orb be said machine, or is it something else.

Keep in mind this all came from one lore entry, and so it could be expanded on in other entry, probably the ones in the pass.
