In the past when we've seen this, it has had something to do with your ISP/connection.

I'd say definitely reach out to our support team (https://support.playdauntless.com) so they can run you through the gauntlet of our troubleshooting but it is probably a good idea to speak with your ISP and see if they are blocking anything juuuuuuuust in case :)
