Hey, gang.
I'm playing on Official server #1501 PvE - g-portal.us, and the server went down over 7 hours ago. Looking at the server stats, it's only gone down for longer than 10 minutes one time in the last 30 days, and now, the only night I had to play the game all night, and this is the one night it goes down for hours and hours....and it's not coming back online.
Anyone have any idea on what's going on?

We're currently investigating an issue that occurred on this server cluster due to what we suspect at the moment is hardware related malfunctions. Server 1501 is one of the affected servers and will remain on unplanned maintenance for the next few hours. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Update: We’re still conducting maintenance on server 1501. There seems to have been some hardware malfunction that resulted in a database corruption with possible losses of data. It is possible that we’ll have to restore its database from a prior backup unaffected by this corruption (from the night before it happened and was detected). No ETA yet on when the server will be back up, but our team is working on it.
