You're probably right.
I'll still just report the obvious hackers I come by🤷 and hope they lose their accounts. If they get a new one, well, that's a win for treyarch I guess. But there's a slight chance they also get annoyed by this and will stop buying new accounts at some point. We'll see :)
This commenter plays a fun game of "they don't care" while acknowledging that action is obviously being taken. They are also taking the liberty of broad brushstrokes regarding the complexity of policy enforcement simply because of an outcome that isn't an ideal.
The reality of the situation is that we do care, policy enforcement is the proverbial cat/mouse game, and that the history of video games dictates that there is no permanent solution to cheating.
Our team will continue to observe, investigate, and enforce. I'll pass this along.
