I have several characters with "The Numbers" outfit challenges complete. Is the death effect an exclusivity thing, because I'm on Xbox one?
We're aware of an item entitlement issue for this Death Effect for some users and should have it fixed in an upcoming update. Will update accordingly as we investigate.
