I've played black ops 4 on PC since it came out with no issues. When i went to play yesterday, it gave me the Silver Wolf 345 error and i cannot connect online. I tried resetting my router, my modem, i tried releasing and renewing my IP, i "scanned and repaired" the game via battlenet, and i even uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing is working. I made sure all ports that needed to were open. The only thing that i can get it to work on is if i start up a VPN first and then join the game. Its kind of a pain to have to make sure i connect to a VPN before hand, not to mention i don't want to pay for a VPN just to play this game. I did leave my router and modem unplugged since last night and will hook it back up tonight when i get home and see if it will get a new MAC address. I'm also going to buy a new modem as a backup plan to see if that works if the first option doesn't. If anyone can help, please let me know.
