What model mouse do you have?

Do you use your mouse's first party software?

What DPI was your mouse set to?

What in-game sensitivity do you use?

Have you made changes to DPI or in-game sensitivity to accommodate?

Are you using Windows 7, 8.1, or 10?

Investigation continues, but we believe we have narrowed it down. Player reports and information were greatly appreciated by the team. I'll update when I have a better window for the fix.
