Treyarch has nothing to do with reports. They make the games. Reports go to Battle Net, PSN, or Xbox Live

Unsure where you heard this from, but we do process reports from the community and have an internal policy enforcement team that handle in-game reporting too.

OP, you need to tag the sub moderators in the form of a comment in your post to get their attention. The way reddit works, it will notify them that they have been tagged on a post, and if they feel they can help, they will let you know and thank you for your efforts.

Have to make this very clear, however: Treyarch staff are not moderators on /r/BlackOps4. This sub is community-run with developer support to the tune of sharing notes and updates natively in this space.
