Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Dev Tracker

Every time I launch the game I get Fatal Error Code: 897625509 before the loading screen plays and when I click "OK" I get another fatal error this time it is error code: 140715209304121, then immediately after that error code: 140715259228838 pops up. All of my drivers are updated, I have factory reset my pc as well as uninstalled and reinstalled the game

You're within our minimum specs, right?
With the outlined steps you've taken, it makes me suspect you have some kind of overlay or conflicting application happening. Try a clean boot. Overlays or other applications may be impacting stability.
I am above the minimum specs, I tried the clean boot and now I'm getting the same first error, the second error is now 140711727114297, and the third one is 140711766291110
GeForce Experience isn't listed when performing a clean boot sometimes. Can you try disabling both Xbox Gamebar and GFE?
I disabled both and get the same error codes as the previous comment listed

I deleted windows 10 off of my drive and gave it a fresh install and downloaded bo4 and my game is running without problems now
