Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Dev Tracker

(2019) Blackout weapon camo bug. I have a problem with the skins on my ARs and SMGs for about a month now. A weird blue patch appears over the top of the camos. I grinded really hard for dark matter and paid money for Nebula camo. No response from Treyarch support or David Von 3 times. What should I do?
