since you're here, I've been wondering why black ops 4 doesn't have lobby leader boards like Black ops 3 did.

Does ingame reporting do anything? There's 2 cheaters usually playing in a 4-5 man premade that are blatantly cheating but theyre somewhat advanced as theyve set their aimbots to not do headshots. They can predict where you come from 100% of the time, have 0 recoil and their tracking is always perfect every time. It's super obvious because their movement is trash and you can see them look at people through walls and objects.

Can provide proof if needed, though I've reported them many times now. Players in question are SteinerWar and SavageWolf.

Yes, in-game reports "do something." They result in an investigation as per our Black Ops 4 Security & Enforcement policy. Investigations take time and these compound as more reports are introduced. The length of time it may take is a fair criticism.
