"The Numbers" Specialist Outfit for Zero is Gone After Patch

After the patch in PC, my specialist outfit "The Numbers" for Zero is gone.

I can't select it on the Multiplayer section nor Blackout section.

I thought contraband tier reset after the patch was bad, but this is way worse!

PLEASE FIX THIS!!!

P.S. I've repaired the game twice, reinstalled the game once so I think the problem is on Treyarch's side.
