This. It's a lot higher than before (and very healthy) but it's more accurate to say it hasn't been as high since said time period.

Not sure, but PC's player-base is somewhat smaller than Xbox's and PS4's to my knowledge.

It’s lower but still very healthy. PC is almost always lower. I play on PC.

Unfortunately, it's not as easy as just getting PlayStation on board. Games either have to have their network architectures overhauled to support it or be built from the ground up for it.
