It looks like match is indeed showing the match + nodes amount. (a bug)

This is only a visual representation bug in the end of round by the looks of it, but will nonetheless make sure it's reported and gets fixed.

May we get to know how MatchXP is calculated generally for TOW? Or at least which parameters are used for the calculation? CareerXP, win/loss, time played, ...?

It is based off score, time, match outcome (win, major win etc) and is slightly different per game mode. There is also a cap on how much you can earn in a round.

Basically you need to participate and play the full round to maximize your earnings, if you want to increase it further you need to ptfo and earn a lot of score.
