That’s literally a mix of the vault animation and door slam, so I’m placing my bets that it’s a bug. Especially since it doesn’t look like one of its own. Just looks like both animations happening simultaneously
Good observation. These windows in Rotterdam had a vault volume that was too big, resulting in random vault animations on the sides. Will be fixed in 4.6.
