We are aware of the issues regarding the update to XBox versions and subsequently being unable to access online play. We are actively looking into a solution and will update soon with our progress. Thank you for your patience.

The client update was pushed early for XBOX. Due to the mismatch, Xbox is unable to access until we update the servers. We are working on a new server build and will bring servers down around 5:30 PT for PC to d/l the patch. Servers will be ready & up for everyone at 7:00 PT

@MikeVernall We are still working on a new server-side build. As we have always scheduled updates at 7:00 PT, players expect this time for patches to go live. Especially since this update includes a wipe, it is better to go live at an expected time.

@Elizabe96505316 No. We are taking the old servers down at 5:30 PM PST and that is when PC will be able to download the client update. (XBOX unexpectedly got the client update early) The new wiped servers won't be up until 7:00 PM PT.

@RobertB49027714 The Xbox client update went out earlier than planned so there is currently a server mismatch. When we take down the servers at 5:00 PM PT and then go live again with the patch at 7:00 PM PT, Xbox will be good to go :)
