So i submitted a ticket but have gotten noresponse from support i am a owner of tribe on one official server and have full imprinted dinos. Why the lack of communication.

Customer Service has had an influx of tickets due to the deployment last week. I apologize, there's no E.T.A. at the moment but we're hoping to get a general status update out for those who are affected. At the moment they are still working through them. My apologies for the inconveniences!
