XBOX Survivors, in 15 minutes we will be disabling transfers based on the recent duping exploits on the Official Network. Transfers will be re-enabled when a patch is deployed to address the exploits.
Due to recent exploit developments, we'll also be disabling creature uploads on the official XBOX network. We hope to have this functionality restored as soon as possible.

We're currently investigating reports regarding players being unable to connect to our Official Servers.
Please make sure you've restarted your game/Xbox and confirm that it has downloaded the latest update. Your client should be on v793.1 which can be seen on the left hand side of the main menu screen.

🚧Due to issues with Xbox Live causing players to be disconnected or unable to log onto ARK we have decided to temporarily take the Official Network offline to minimize player loss. We will restore our Official Network promptly once Xbox Live issues have been resolved.
Xbox Live issues seem to be resolved. From our metrics, we can see a large number of players are now rejoining our Official Network.

A number of improvements and fixes, including those that have been deployed to PC, will be making their way to consoles in the upcoming week.
This will also include player dedicated servers for XBOX One X. We hope to bring this feature to other platforms at a future date.
