Please never ban Zylbrad and his mates for doing these kind of things, they're awesome.
Nah, people who find glitches aren't banned. In fact if they want a job as QA on games stuff like this is great on their resume. :)
People who abuse glitches though, are indeed banned. If I start seeing people do this in Ranked I will be very sad but start swinging a ban hammer.
