My requests for now are:
- fps_max
- cl_forcepreload
- mat_compressedtextures
These commands don't give us an "unfair competitive advantage", but drastically improve performance.

Of those, only fps_max is a real setting, which was mistakenly restricted outside of dev builds. As per https://www.reddit.com/r/apexlegends/comments/bxbaer/known_issues_post_patch_12/ , modifying fps_max will return, along with other settings that can improve framerate.
